This option allows you to set JVM system properties that would normally be specified via a -D option if you were doing this through a command line JVM. Only here you point Domino to a file with those options. An example of such an option would be java.library.path.

Attention: The "JavaUserOptionsFile" parameter works only for Domino on OS400.
