Use this variable to increase performance for logging mail event messages

The documentation on the notes.ini parameter MailLogToEventsOnly was incorrect. It has been updated in the Release Notes for Domino 6.5.4 with the following:
Description: Use this variable to increase performance for logging mail event messages:
0 - Enables logging of mail event messages to the Domino console. 1 - Disables logging of mail event messages to the Domino console.
