Android Encryption
Are you using ID Vault or did you manually move your ID? One of our users keeps receiving the message "Your Lotus Notes ID password is required to sign or encrypt the email". Just trying to figure out how you got this working.

I´m using the IDVault. The vault works fine when you are using Windows Mobile and the Traveler or iPhone and the companion tool.
But from the error message it seamed the system found already a ID. Did you checked if the ID is correct? If not login via DWA/iNotes or Traveler Website and re-upload the ID.

Thanks
I think the users ID was bad. Thanks for the information. We are definitely going to be looking at bringing up ID Vault in the near future to avoid these issues in the future.

The "Your Lotus Notes ID password is required to sign or encrypt the email" prompt you are seeing is addressed in an Interim Fix version of Traveler for Android. Contact IBM Support so they can send you the build that resolves LO61077 - DELETE SIGNED MAIL ON ANDROID CAUSES PROMPT.
