Traveler uses this path to extrapolate the locations of the other xml files
For instance, if your program files are stored in C:LotusDomino, then the value for this will be "NTS_Classes=C:LotusDomino raveler.jar".

From there, Traveler decides to look for other files further down that path, eg: C:LotusDominoData ravelercfgDevices.xml

This completely ignores the notes.ini setting for Notes Data directory (Directory=Esmilies/cheesy.gifata). If you think about it, the location for the devices.xml et. al. should be (and is) Esmilies/cheesy.gifata ravelercfgetc. but Traveler is looking in C:LotusDominoData ravelercfg
