Short Description: Client settings for the language settings

Description:
The line Preference_de= reports any variations from the default regional setting, i.e. Preference_de=,,1ß310,,,,,,, indicate that the Import/Export Character set is 1031 rather than the default 1252.

This line cannot be used to changes the preference setting
