Kurzbeschreibung: Troubleshooting the IBM Lotus Domino v8 Administration Process
Beschreibung:
Adding the parameter “DEBUG_ADMINP_REQUEST_PROCESSING=1” or
“DEBUG_ADMINP_REQUEST_PROCESSING=2” for more verbose logging yields useful
information about what AdminP is doing while attempting to process requests.

There is no kown UI setting for this notes.ini variable. But you can specify this setting in the notes.ini settings tab of the configuration settings document.
