Kurzbeschreibung: Allows the file upload control to be disabled on pages served by the domino web server.

Beschreibung:
If set to 0 you can get the error Message: HTTP Web Server: "File Upload Not Allowed Exception" if a user try to uplad a file to the domino http server.
