Short Description: When set to 1, the web server will calculate the section title indent as it did in v5.

Description:
SPR# BMGN6JLMQ7 - Added the Notes.ini variable "DominoUseV5SectionTitleIndent". When set to 1, the web server will calculate the section title indent as it did in v5. The new v6 calculation can sometimes yield undesirable indenting in HTML.
