SPR# TTAN6MMNQL - If an Administrator sets the server Notes.ini variable 'CSAllowExternalIcalInviteToChair' to 1, this will allow invitations which are addressed to the chair of the meeting and which did not originate from a Notes client to be delivered to the chair.
