Allows the admin to specify a list of arguments to append to the default arguments that are used when Fault Recovery triggers nsd on the 6.x server. For example, on a UNIX-based OS, setting "FaultRecoveryNSDArgs=-info -fs" will run the nsd command "nsd -batch -info -fs".
