SPR# JCHN6C5K6E - NSD was not properly determining the Domino program directory when it was not installed in the default directory (/usr/lpp/lotus for zOS or /opt/lotus for other UNIXes) and there was no exec.nbf file in the data directory. Can set the environment variable NOTES_INSDIR before calling nsd to point to the equivalent of '/opt/lotus'
