Short Description: Disable/enable the prompt for archive

Description:
When a user initially saves a criteria set without enabling it, they'll get a prompt asking whether they really mean to enable. Prompt includes a don't-ask-me-this-again, which writes to this INI.

Default value:
None

Syntax:
ArchiveNoEnablePrompt=0 / 1

Example:
ArchiveNoEnablePrompt=1

UI equivalent:
There is no kown UI setting for this notes.ini variable. But you can specify this setting in the notes.ini settings tab of the configuration settings document.
