Short Description: Can be used to control if a message should be send after MIME conversion or not.

Description:

This value will be checked after the message is converted to MIME to decide whether to send the message.

NOTE: For the SMTPMaxOutbMsgSize NOTES.INI parameter, you need to set this value in thousands; for example, set it to 10000 to restrict 10MB messages from going outbound.

SPR# BHAL4CKGFH - Add support for a new notes.ini variable, SMTPMaxOutbMsgSize, to support the functionality supported by the SMTP MTA. This value will be checked after the message is converted to MIME to decide whether to send the message.
