Short Description: Can be used to control if a message should be send after MIME conversion or not.
Description:
This value will be checked after the message is converted to MIME to decide whether to send the message.
NOTE: For the SMTPMaxOutbMsgSize NOTES.INI parameter, you need to set this value in thousands; for example, set it to 10000 to restrict 10MB messages from going outbound.
