Description:
Used as an internal clean up process if Events was taken down before it had
completed earlier operations. You shouldn't mess with these. Setting it to
0 after its already been set to another value could cause issues with the
events4.

Syntax:
Cleanup_events4_stats_view=0/1

Example:
Cleanup_events4_stats_view=0
